Tracked, reviewed, and communicated regulatory and compliance issues for various departments to determine regulatory violations or exposure.

Researched legal issues including when and how to submit a second subsequent Personal Restraint Petition when one has already been filed, when to submit and how to draft appellate briefs, and when to submit and how to draft petitions for writs of habeas corpus. I wrote motions arguing sufficiency of the evidence, probable cause, ineffective assistance of counsel, and prosecutorial misconduct.
