"I gave substantial advance to a vendor for a product he never delivered. After months of e-mails and frustration over his lack of responsiveness, I contacted Karen Selby. She sorted through over a year of e-mail messages and other letters between me and the vendor to draft a breach of contract complaint. The complaint got the vendors attention and we were able to recoup our money back with interest without going to court. I will use her again in the future."
