"Carlos cleared a prior arts search for me in the time frame we agreed upon."
"Carlos did get my trademark done and was knowledgeable in the trademark process and search. However, he did not double-check his work, showed up late to our meeting and gave me a deadline he missed by at least three weeks. I can overlook being late or missing deadlines, but the big mistake was Carlos using my home address against my wishes when filing with the USPTO. I clarified at least a few times how important it was to me to keep my home address private and I provided him with my PO Box. He confirmed he would take care of this on the initial filing. After he filed, I noticed my home address listed on the USPTO website. I mentioned my displeasure and asked Carlos if he could fix his error. Carlos messaged me that he would update the address with the USPTO. He took a screenshot of edits that looked official and sent this to me. Three months later, I am getting spam sent to my home address. After receiving several unwanted spam packages, I double-checked his update on the USPTO website and noticed his update did not go through. I called Carlos and messaged him asking why this did not go as planned and how important it was to again fix his error. When he called me back, he had the nerve to ask if it was urgent to get the updated address taken care of. The urgency is that you made my home address public against my wishes! He mentioned it may take up to two business days to take care of it. I checked back the next week and it's still NOT done! Finally, I made the address change myself, thankfully it went through on my first try. Never again…"
"Does what he says."
