Pamela focuses her practice on intellectual property law, particularly copyrights and trademarks, helping clients protect, monetize, and enforce their IP rights. She is active in the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), where she co-authored position papers with the Copyright Committee Subcommittees on Oracle America, Inc. v. Google, Inc. and Copyright Reform. She is also a member of Minnesota Lawyers for the Arts (MnLA).
