"Words can’t even begin to express my sincere appreciation for the work Ryan Webber, Esq. has conducted for my family. In 2017 I had the very unfortunate experience of handling three deaths in quick succession. My grandmother (dad’s mom) passed away in May 2017, my dad passed away in July 2017, and my mom passed away in November 2017. All three had highly unique challenges dealing with hospitals, nursing homes, rehab, and eventually in home hospice care. Knowing I gave a commitment to help them, I was tasked with managing all three practically full time, keeping my professional career moving in some direction besides backwards, and being a father/husband to my own family. Through retaining Ryan to be the exclusive attorney representing all three estates I was able to mitigate exposure dealing with taxes, the responsibility of being Executor, handling the sale of multiple properties in different states, dealing with an estate sale for my parent’s goods, the sale of 5 vehicles, the closure of 7 bank accounts with different institutions, a highly fictitious property lien on my grandmother’s home that was eventually lifted, and a wide swath of other areas including, but not limited to, long term care. My parents were amazing people, but they left me a plethora of loose ends far too numerous to share in this testimonial. Ryan was my voice of reason through all this, and when needed had no problems jumping in to push a challenge to closure. Ryan took the time to get know me, my family, our priorities, and most importantly Ryan always tried to make himself readily available. The responsiveness I received was exceptional throughout the entire process. If I left him a voicemail – unless he was at a professional conference 98% of the time I got a same day response (usually in a couple hours at most). If I sent an email to him most were responded by Ryan in minutes. Imagine from 8/7/17 to 10/23/18 I sent him 687 emails, and I can’t think of one time his response exceeded 24 hours later – even when it was pressing on the weekend! To state that Ryan is “best in class” would be an understatement, and the work Ryan put forth made a horrible situation emotionally as best as it could be. At no point in communicating with Ryan did I feel he wasn’t a partner, and through all of the deaths, sadness, and stress I always felt I had a professional on my side who I could count on to give me sound advice. This testimonial could be 15 pages in length, but I won’t bore you with all the details. If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of dealing with death, having a professional like Ryan on your side will be worth the cost 100 fold. In closing, I recommend Ryan and his staff without question. Having a career, multiple kids, and then being tasked with managing three people I loved through the healthcare system who eventually passed away – Ryan was brought into my life to help push through the negative. I have referred Ryan to friends, colleagues"

"We hired Ryan Webber to help us get Medical Assistance & POA for our father who is in a nursing home. Throughout the process, he has been professional, reliable, respectful, always pleasant and very easy to deal with. He communicates with you on a regular basis and keeps you informed as to the ongoing process. My emails were returned within an hour, phone calls were made by him to give me pertinent information. If he didn't have the answer to my questions, he would find out and get back in a reasonable amount of time. He made this experience a pleasant one without stress. I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing an Eldercare lawyer. Because of his hard work, perseverance and expertise, I am now POA and my father was approved for MA."
