"I recommend jacki 100%. I had issues with lost permit in mail with another lawyer and I got wrong instructions. From the time I contacted jacki for a consultation, she was very precise on all instructions. Her filing were done properly. And she always responded to my questions immediately ( even during her weekends). My permit took way longer than the processing time and jacki was very helpful. If not for her, I would have got super stressed. It's not just about the procedures, anyone can do that. What I liked about this whole experience was her practical knowledge when things seem to deviate from normal processing. I will work with her again. Posted by Madhu September 10, 2015"
