I litigated cases in immigration court on behalf of immigrants, including preparing applications for relief, developing evidence, drafting motions and briefs, and presenting the case-in-chief
I also represented clients’ interests in investigations by the Department of Homeland Security

I analyzed cases, researched complex legal issues, prepared the Judge for oral arguments, and drafted bench memos and opinions for the Judge

I managed the day-to-day operations of a women’s rights organization focused on property rights. I also developed a new legal fellowship for Tanzanian law graduates
