Founding member of solo practice focusing on civil litigation, white-collar defense, small business and compliance counseling. Practice includes complex contract drafting, review and negotiations, including subcontractor agreements; master services agreements; non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements; licensing agreements among others, as well as drafting compliance policies.

Represented individuals and entities in securities, white-collar criminal, and civil cases. Drafted briefs and Wells submissions in a variety of matters, drafted vendor and expert contracts and confidentiality agreements, represented clients in testimony for regulatory matters, and took and defended depositions. Advised companies with respect to compliance and employee policies.

Took direct and cross examinations in New York State Supreme Court, took and defended depositions, negotiated settlements and drafted settlement agreements in a variety of litigation matters. Drafted briefs for motions to dismiss, in opposition to class certification, and on numerous discovery and evidentiary issues. Served on the WilmerHale Diversity Task Force and Public Service Committee.
