- Worked closely with founding partner and assisted in nearly every aspect of the law firm's activities;

- Instrumental in preparing for and participating in trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings;

- Responsible for drafting briefs, motions, and legal memoranda and in-depth and thorough legal research;

- Active involvement in client meetings and anticipating potential legal issues;

- Counseling clients on the appropriate structure for their business and forming entities such as: corporations, LLCs, LPs, and non-profit organizations;

- Negotiating and preparing business contracts for corporate clients, including sales, employment, consulting, leasing, and settlement agreements;

- Advising corporate clients on potential liability and defending/pursuing legal action;
