Windy City Trial Group works with mid-market businesses who do not have in-house counsel or their current outside counsel does not have the practice area expertise and/or trial skills necessary to effectively try a case. We also work with solo and small firm attorneys who do not try cases or otherwise cannot neglect other clients to focus on the time consuming tasks necessary to execute a highly effective trial.

Let our Trial Team work for you. Our focus is trying cases—nothing else. We practice only in the Daley Center (Cook County State Court) and at 219 S. Dearborn (Federal Court). Both venues are just a few blocks from our office in the Sears (Willis) Tower in downtown Chicago. Efficiency is key to keeping our costs down while maintaining our close familiarity with the judges who preside over cases in those venues.

A degree in industrial engineering technology, Denny has held engineering, sales and management positions at General Motors, Square D, United Technologies, Bodine Electric Company, Nationwide Insurance and Machinery Systems. Former Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer (CMTSE) and a past Senior Editor of Cutting Tool Engineering, a highly respected international trade publication. Author of numerous articles in the areas of machine and cutting tool technologies.

Member of the Northern District of Illinois federal trial bar practicing commercial litigation in both Illinois and federal courts with extensive experience in eDiscovery in complex matters. Practice areas include trade secrets misappropriation and breach of contract, as well as copyright, trademark and trade dress infringements. Litigate business disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, statutory and common law fraud, and RICO claims; Internet litigation as it relates to copyright, trademark, trade dress and defamation actions.
