I served as the principal drafter of commercial agreements involving the office, and provided legal support on various issues, including: questions that arose in connection with the operation of the agency's Business Services Division, which handles corporate and Uniform Commercial Code filings, commissions and licenses; and election litigation and other litigation involving the office. I also served as the principal point of contact with the public for records requests, most of which involved election and voter registration issues.
