Drafting and reviewing contracts for the Law/ Corporate Initiatives & Procurement Department. Agreements include Master/Professional Service Agreements and Statements of Work encompassing IT, software licensing, application support and maintenance. Protecting client interests and managing risk tolerances with particular attention to relationship term & termination, warranty, indemnity, limitation of liability, and confidentiality. Coordinating with internal lines of business to facilitate smooth and efficient processing of multi-million dollar deals.
