I am a Senior Lecturer in Residence at Loyola University Chicago where I teach courses in Cyberlaw and Intellectual Property law. Cyberlaw discusses the recent history of the law with regard to the Internet that includes issues with respect to the First Amendment, Intermediary Liability, Intellectual Property, and Privacy. Intellectual property law is a survey course that discusses issues in Trade Secrets, Patent, Copyright, Trademark, and Right to Publicity. I have crafted both courses to include group projects that simulate law firm practice so that may students can prepare themselves for their professional life after graduation.
