"Oleg defended my company in a wage and hour class action brought by a former employee claiming failure to pay overtime, meal and rest break violations, failure to provide compliant pay stubs among others. Throughout the lawsuit Oleg kept me advised of all developments and explained them and their impact on my business. Eventually, the case resolved for about 15% of the worst case scenario."

"We left our former company to form a competitive business. Our former employer brought a lawsuit alleging violations of the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act (“CUTSA”) and breach of confidentiality agreements, claiming damages in excess of $5 million dollars and asked for injunctive relief to halt our business. If granted the injunction would have effectively destroyed our company’s ability to compete in the marketplace. Oleg represented the founder and the company in this lawsuit. He developed a robust defense strategy which centered on challenging the protectability of the purported trade secrets and validity of the trade secret designations within the plaintiff’s non-disclosure agreement. Ultimately, the case settled for a fraction of the potential exposure and permitted us to stay and grow our business."
