After graduating from Michigan Law School in 2005, I worked as an associate at Winston & Strawn LLP in the New York office for six years, representing banks and investors in reviewing and negotiating licensing agreements, real estate financing documents, leasing documents, and general contract negotiations.
I left the law firm in 2011 to pursue an entrepreneurial dream of starting my own company. It has given me the unique perspective of knowing what types of issues are important to the owners of companies as well as those of the agencies, companies and banks that they negotiate with.
