I am Corporate Counsel at a startup design firm called Kagu9, Inc., D.B.A. Affarei, Inc., (www.Affarei.com). Prior to joining Affarei, I served as Associate Counsel at a corporate formation firm called eMinutes (www.eMinutes.com).

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, where I studied Political Science and History and wrote my undergraduate honors thesis on denationalizing Mexico's oil industry, PEMEX.
