Counsel for the law enforcement Union. Responsible for negotiating contracts, filing and arguing grievances, conducting labor management meetings with public employers, trying cases at interest and grievance arbitration, and trying civil and appellate cases.

I worked in the Workers' Compensation department of this nationwide defense firm and was responsible for negotiating settlement contracts, building defenses to claims, analyzing client exposure, communicating exposure and tactics to clients, and trying cases throughout the state of Illinois.
