"As a result of Hurricane Harvey, my house received approximately 2 feet of flood water to the interior. After removing all of the furniture, carpeting, and affected sheet rock, I made a claim with my insurance company (Allstate). After some correspondence with Allstate, my claim was denied and I was left with basically no recourse. After receiving the rejection letter from Allstate, I began to look around for an attorney to represent me. I did not meet with any luck, attorneys either did not practice in this field or were uninterested. Eventually an attorney who is a family friend recommended Clark, Love, & Hutson. I called and made an appointment, and met with Ana several days later. I met with Ana and told her of my situation, she assured me she could help me receive compensation from Allstate, and I signed an agreement with her that afternoon. Throughout this process she instructed me on what I needed to provide by way of photos and documents. All of this was made clear to me as a client, so I was able to provide the necessary information in a timely manner. Over a period of several months she made significant progress with Allstate, resulting in settlements for damage to the structure and well as loss of contents. I am very pleased with these settlements and feel that I have been well compensated for my loss. I feel very fortunate to have found an attorney that represented me so well in this situation. She managed to take what I considered at the time as a very negative situation and give it a much better outcome. Overall I am very happy with the way this has turned out and would highly recommend Ana to anyone in a similar situation."
"Dear Ana I am writing this letter on behalf of my mom, Maurine Hunter, to compliment you for the excellent legal services you provided, following her loss as a result of Hurricane Harvey. I remember the look on my Mom’s face, the first time we walked into her house following the hurricane. It was a look of sheer hopelessness and helplessness, followed by her saying, “Lord have mercy.” I can only imagine how she must have felt at 89 years of age, to walk into her home and see the extensive damages to her house, furniture and other contents. As if that wasn’t challenging enough, she was then faced with the opposition from her homeowner’s insurance company to fairly evaluate and pay for the sustained damages. After seeking legal counsel, we feel very blessed and fortunate that her file ended up in your hands. Your professionalism, courtesy and diligence in pursuing this matter, exceeded our expectations. This type of commitment deserves acknowledgment and recognition. Having had such a pleasant experience with you and the quality of services you provided, please be assured that if we are seeking legal representation of this nature in the future or if we have friends or other family members who are, we will definitely refer them to you and the Law Firm of Clark, Love and Hutson. Please pass this letter on to your supervisor and/or the partners of Clark, Love and Hutson. I am sure they probably already consider you an asset to their team of lawyers, but I would like for them to hear it from a satisfied client. Again, we appreciate your superior customer service! Sincerely, Maurine Hunter/Ina Foley"
