About
After working in Philadelphia for ten years, I took the Delaware bar exam and shifted my practice to Delaware. I was a founder and partner at McCullough & McKenty, P.A., in Wilmington from 1995 to 2007 and since then have been a partner at Philadelphia-based Bodell, Bové, Grace & Van Horn, P.C., (2007-2012) and Bodell Bové, LLC (2012-present) in the firm’s Wilmington office.

My practice primarily is in Delaware, with some work in Pennsylvania. I focus on business formation, civil and commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and subrogation.

"Bruce guided us through a difficult and emotional family business transition. He remained calm, offered wise advise, and worked well with all parties involved. He helped us focus our attention on an overall war strategy rather than responding to every battle that popped up along the way. His ability to coordinate with our local council in our home state was superb. Opposing council seemed to have respect for him and it appeared that he had a good rapport with the Vice Chancellor."
