About
I am an attorney specializing in contracts pertaining to SaaS solutions and other technology- and commercial- related contract agreements. I also have experience with general commercial litigation along with family and bankruptcy matters.

I would love to sit down and review any issue you have that I might be able to help with; I always do free consultations to make sure I am the best fit and never take a case when I believe you would be better served elsewhere.

"Sean Nelson helped with a major issue with a apartment leasing company. After the leasing company had compelled the signing of a waiver that would mandate an early move out date, they acted in bad faith in a matter that would have caused a loss of a month's worth of rent. Sean was able to isolate the manner in which the leasing company had not acted in good faith in accordance with the tenets of contract law and brokered a deal between both parties that was mutually beneficial. Especially in matters of housing when it is easy to feel (and be) taken advantage of, I felt lucky to have Sean as a representative as he both handled the issue in a prompt fashion (as it was a time-sensitive matter) and made me feel that I understood the legalese passed back and forth. For clients seeking compassionate legal representation in matters out of a layperson's comprehension, I highly recommend Mr. Nelson."
