Danica Eyler

Danica serves as in house counsel for a start-up healthcare business, providing a variety of counsel, entity formation and document drafting, research, advice and risk assessment for the business. Additionally, Danica serves as operations manager for the front-of-house operations for the clinics.

Danica worked part-time during these years, assisting with complex federal criminal defense cases, assisting with document review and organization, trial preparation, contract review and drafting, pleadings and document drafting as well as extensive legal research and writing.

Danica worked as a full-time lawyer completing a variety of tasks, including, litigation, zoning, planning and land use petitions and hearings, research, document review, entity formation and criminal defense work.
