Peter Seeger

I serve as outside general counsel to early stage companies, advising clients on a wide range of business and legal matters including corporate governance matters, entity formation and structure, trademarks, capital financing, risk management and employment matters.

I provide legal counsel on various matters including government contracting, employment law and contractual relationships with strategic partners. I routinely negotiate contracts involving technical consultants, subject matter experts and specialized subcontractors. I helped develop my company's internal policies, including its wage & hour, social media and confidentiality policies.

My work focused on corporate liability analysis and strategic consulting in support of the US EPA and other customers. I provided clients with recommendations regarding liability of potentially responsible parties under Superfund, with an emphasis on analysis of complex corporate transactions and corporate successorship.
