Developed insurance litigation practice in insurance bad faith, ERISA, STOLI/IOLI, federal and state interpleaders, life insurance rescission, and some reinsurance from inception through resolution. Successfully resolved dozens of cases either solo or in close collaboration with supervisors. Sat second-chair in two-week jury trial in state court that resulted extremely favorable verdict.
