Client Reviews
"Peter has done a great job putting together Trademark patent applications for me. He has also done prosecution of the Trademark successfully. I like working with peter because of his very easy style with me as a client, and his ability to quickly distill down the IP even in areas that aren't part of his technical education at the university. He keeps track of due dates and follows up early to make sure that we have time to take necessary actions. I will continue working with Peter."
"To whom it may concern, I have been working with Mr. Peter Gutenberg on Patent and Trademark issues for iAssay for several years. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, diligent, easy to work with, and scrupulously honest. At times, he has turned away projects that I brought to him “last minute” because he didn’t feel that he could meet the filing data. He told me immediately so that I could find a firm that was able to meet the Bar. On the other hand, once he is involved, he reminds me frequently about filing dates and when I must present my documentation to him in order to meet the filing date. Mr. Gutenberg isn’t an engineer by training, and much of the patent work that I’ve brought to him is heavy engineering. He has done a great job asking me the right questions so that he can put together a very reasonable draft. He takes positive criticism very well, and that helps make the job go faster. No ego involved. I have referred many people to him because I want them to be taken care of, and I get good feedback from them. Please feel free to contact me for further information. -Lonnie W.
