Client Reviews
"Excellent attorney. Very capable and knowledgeable about the US patent process. Attorney helped us file our first patent application on budget and very quickly. Attorney also understands software technology which was a huge benefit as he was able to easily understand the invention and translate a few flow diagrams to a thorough patent application. Very impressed with responsiveness and attention to detail. Added value was some original ideas based upon the invention which could help us in the future. I can highly recommend this attorney and will continue to use for any of our future patent applications."

Headed up the operations department that scaled up the "One-Touch", which was the first highly successful blood glucose test strip (sales approached nearly a billion dollars a year at the peak). Although not quite as big as the "One-Touch", SureStep sales were quite respectable (hundreds of millions of dollars per year).
