I provide in-house counsel at a fast-paced real estate private equity firm. In addition to reviewing various contracts and agreements, I also assist with construction and development projects, fund administration, asset management, regulatory compliance, cyber security/privacy matters, etc.

Practicing law as a third year law student via the Ohio Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern program, I assisted my client with collecting unpaid wages and overtime through the Fair Labor Standards Act. After a great deal of investigation and research, I successfully negotiated a favorable settlement for my client.

I worked as a graduate intern during the summer between my second and third year of law school. I focused on fund board reporting, investment compliance, and marketing compliance.
