Focus practice on negotiating and closing real estate and business transactions, assisting clients in preparing their estate plans, and providing all related litigation services. Counsel clients and provide legal advice relating to all aspects of real estate and business law, including condominium, zoning, land use and title disputes, landlord/tenant, commercial leasing, lending, purchase and sales, etc.

Conduct commercial/residential real estate and business closings for buyers, sellers, and banks; and foreclose real estate mortgages and institute condominium lien collection proceedings. Assist corporate clients with creating business entities, complying with business regulations, and navigating various state and federal agency procedures. Litigate business, real estate and construction matters, including: discovery requests, preparation of witnesses, legal research, review of voluminous case files, and coordination of expert witnesses.
