Katherine holds an active law license in the State of Texas and a voluntarily inactive license in North Carolina. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Law. While in law school, Katherine clerked with United States Federal District Court Judge Thomas J.McAvoy and interned with the California Attorney General’s Office.
Katherine currently handles a wide array of business law matters including business formations and asset or equity sales. Previously, she served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas. Katherine also has diverse experience in other areas of private practice, including family law and personal injury.
