About
I have worked in a wide variety of legal areas. In every area, I always put my clients first. After completing law school and working for a year as a Fellow, I decided to put my varied expertise to use in a way that would best serve my clients: I founded a non-profit law firm that provides affordable legal services to people all of all walks of life. In my role as President & Managing Attorney, I have helped people form 501(c)(3), LLCs, and other entities. I have also worked extensively on appellate issues. Civil Rights litigation is a burgeoning part of my practice. Whatever your legal needs, I will always do my best to provide the best… read more outcome for the least cost.

"We were starting a nonprofit and could handle most of the paperwork ourselves, but we wanted an attorney to draft the important policies such as whistleblower protection, conflict of interest, etc. David didn't just do the minimum. Instead, he drafted the policies in a way that would cover us as our nonprofit grew."

"Having gone through the 501(c)(3) process himself, David was able to explain the process to us as he went along. He reached out for input whenever it was needed, but he didn't overwhelm us with details. In the end, our 501(c)(3) was approved on the first round with no hassle form the IRS."
