"Teri proved to be an invaluable and trusted tactical and strategic advisor in defending the Bank in federal and state court, with a savvy sense of what jury pools looked like in the region, as well as proceedings before arbitral panels. The Bank and I were especially impressed by her vigorous and thoughtful advocacy of the Bank’s interests in pitched trial court litigation matters, both pre-trial and at the dispositive motion stage of proceedings. And finally, I had the opportunity to join her when we appeared on behalf of the Bank in a very high-risk mediation originating Oklahoma, which had “migrated” to New York where the former employee pursued a FINRA arbitration claim against Merrill Lynch.
