About
Having acted several times as a general counsel, I understand the in-house perspective on litigation and other legal matters. Among other things, I have handled contract, employment, compliance, ethics, governance and insurance matters.
I also have a wealth of experience in the area of construction law, having handled matters throughout the United States. Besides extensive experience as a construction lawyer, I have worked in construction--both in the field as a carpenter and laborer and in the office bidding jobs. I also had a year of architectural engineering while attending the University of Colorado. I have represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects and engineers throughout the United States.
