Phillip Neiman is a San Francisco Bay Area business mediator whose practice focuses on contract and commercial disputes, intellectual property claims, employment issues and real property cases. A member of the California Bar since 1990, Mr. Neiman works tirelessly to help parties settle disputes and negotiate better deals.
Mr. Neiman received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1990. He received his B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College in 1985, where he graduated with High Honors, was elected to phi beta kappa, and was student body president.

Mr. Neiman's extensive experience in putting business deals together has proved an invaluable tool for his work as a mediator, particularly when it comes time to helping the parties find creative and productive ways to resolve the most challenging cases.
Mr. Neiman is frequently the mediator of choice for corporate and partnership disputes because of his finance background, and he is often called upon to settle intellectual property cases because of his extensive work with technology licensing.
